With pen to paper, we’ll write to our anxiety and to the coziness in our lives. Through writing prompts, we’ll invite them both in for tea.
In each session, we’ll get warmed up with some kinetic drawing. Then we’ll write to our anxiety through a series of gentle prompts. And then tap into the (perhaps neglected) coziness, slowness and simplicity that bring us comfort and meaning.
